Financial Controller – Cayman Islands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our high‑performing leadership team in the Cayman Islands. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the accounting function and drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth initiatives.
• Mentor, develop and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of accounting experience, preferably in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and delivering accurate financial reporting.

• Base salary US$130,000 – $150,000 per year.
