Reporting Services Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting Services Executive to support our Reporting Services team in meeting filing deadlines and delivering multi‑jurisdictional reporting obligations across the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Economic Substance Notifications, Economic Substance Returns and Annual Returns preparation and submission.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of allocated services, including workflow tracking, planning and coordination of deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to gather required information for filings.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the Department for International Tax Cooperation and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
• Prepare and review filings ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Provide guidance, support and task delegation to junior team members.
• Resolve technical queries and promote a consistent approach across engagements.
• Maintain accurate time records for billing and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
• Proven ability to independently prepare and review a high volume of filings.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with a willingness to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building stakeholder relationships.
