Executive Legal Secretary – Investment Funds (Cayman Islands)

About the role

Join a leading international law and professional services firm as an Executive Legal Secretary supporting investment fund teams in the Cayman Islands. You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, providing high‑level administrative assistance in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare incorporation, formation, and termination documents for Cayman Companies, Partnerships and LLCs.
• Manage filings with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate document uploads to the Government Portal (REEFS) for fund registrations.
• Liaise with the Registered Office to obtain certificates, maintain minute books, and handle service requests.
• Prepare first drafts of memoranda, articles of association, board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and structured finance documentation.
• Support the winding‑up of funds, ensuring all fees are settled, notices filed, and publications made in the Cayman eGazette.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in legal administration within investment funds or corporate services is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Cayman Islands corporate and fund regulations.
• Proficiency in managing regulatory filings and electronic portals.
