About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join a prestigious offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands. The role provides first‑class administrative and organisational support to a busy corporate team, offering excellent career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the corporate department.
• Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Open new client matters and assist with client onboarding procedures.
• Handle document management, filing and electronic records.
• Prepare billing, expense claims and other financial administration.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
• A professional, reliable individual with a clear passion for corporate law.
