Chief Executive Officer – Fiduciary Services

About the role

The firm is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its global fiduciary platform. Based in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands, the CEO will shape strategy, drive growth and ensure operational excellence across corporate, trust, regulatory and management services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategy for a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary business.
• Lead commercial expansion, service diversification and client offering enhancements.
• Oversee operational performance across international locations and drive technology‑enabled transformation.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and risk management in partnership with global compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure proactive responses.
• Lead senior teams in Corporate Services, Trust Services, Regulatory Services and Accounting/Management Services.
• Build a high‑performing, collaborative and client‑centric culture.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance, strategy, risk and market opportunities.

Required profile

• 12+ years senior leadership experience in fiduciary, corporate, trust administration or offshore financial services.
• Proven success managing multi‑jurisdictional, regulated operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience delivering technology‑driven transformation and automation.
• Deep knowledge of fiduciary structures, trust administration and regulatory frameworks.
• Credibility with Boards, senior stakeholders, regulators and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and develop talent.
• Professional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI, CPA, ACCA, STEP are advantageous.
