Billing Administrator

About the role

A leading professional services firm is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Administrator to support the Cayman office’s finance function, overseeing the end‑to‑end billing process and ensuring compliance with established policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including creation, distribution and archiving.
• Coordinate billing and disbursement reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Resolve billing queries, address discrepancies, issue credit notes, write‑offs and monitor outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to improve billing services and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar billing role within a financial services environment.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client service, strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and strong initiative.
• Highly diligent, organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
