Senior Consultant – Technology & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Technology & Transformation practice in the Cayman Islands. In this role you will help clients drive strategic change, manage risk, and implement technology‑enabled solutions that create lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on risk, controls and IT managed services across client engagements.
• Lead risk assessments, identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Analyze client data and business issues using Deloitte methodologies to deliver actionable insights.
• Facilitate technology‑enabled solutions to assess risks, review controls and evaluate business processes and IT systems.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement activities, including client relationship and team coordination.
• Oversee the production of high‑quality deliverables and review work of junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• Relevant technology certification or qualification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert).
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on Microsoft Cloud platforms.
• Proven project‑management experience, including problem diagnosis and solution development.
