Junior IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to join a client’s team, providing hands‑on support across a range of IT services. This role offers an early‑career professional the chance to develop practical experience in application support, system administration and digital project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for business applications and core IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application and user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Assist with testing, upgrades and implementation of new systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Contribute to IT projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support cybersecurity, business continuity and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Approximately two years of professional IT experience, or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands (Caymanian, PR or RERC).

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365.
