Corporate Lawyer – Offshore Practice in Cayman Islands

About the role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join a leading offshore law practice in the Cayman Islands. You will work on high‑profile private equity, hedge fund and general corporate matters for an international client base, providing advice on fund formation, structuring and ongoing regulatory issues.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on private equity, hedge fund and corporate transactions, including fund formation and structuring.
• Act for major investment banks, fund managers and corporate trustees on complex deals.
• Provide ongoing corporate and regulatory advice to investment funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and professional advisers.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a recognised jurisdiction (Cayman, England, Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada).
• Experience in investment/private equity, hedge funds or high‑value corporate transactions.
• Strong academic background and excellent technical ability.
• Proven ability to advise sophisticated institutional clients.
