IT Project Manager (1 Year Fixed Term)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for an established financial services firm. The role covers the full project lifecycle from planning through go‑live, ensuring the solution meets business, operational and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end ERP implementation, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
• Coordinate system configuration, data migration, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and timelines.
• Oversee staff training, change management and the transition to the new system.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects from inception to go‑live.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
• Understanding of financial services operations, accounting or regulatory environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• ERP platform implementation expertise.
• Project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
