Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Grand Cayman. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions while supporting pre‑sales activities and ensuring seamless migrations and deployments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design infrastructure solutions aligned with business and client requirements.
• Lead full‑cycle project delivery, including migrations, deployments, upgrades and system implementations.
• Provide technical consulting and pre‑sales support, assisting with solution scoping and proposal development.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.

Required profile

• HPE ATP and Microsoft AZ‑104 certifications.
• Hands‑on experience with HPE servers (any platform).
• Strong background working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven experience with server infrastructure, virtualization and enterprise storage solutions.
• Experience leading Microsoft 365 tenant migrations (on‑prem to cloud or cloud‑to‑cloud).
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user administration and troubleshooting.
