Senior Vice President, Hospitality Asset Management

About the role

Dart is looking for a senior hospitality leader to serve as the Senior Vice President of Hospitality Asset Management. This executive will act as the ownership voice for a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, residences, restaurants, beach clubs and future developments, shaping strategy and driving value across the assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategy to increase profitability, brand equity, guest satisfaction and long‑term asset value.
• Represent ownership in relationships with operators, global hotel brands, lenders, consultants and public‑private stakeholders.
• Elevate guest experiences beyond brand standards, ensuring distinctive luxury touchpoints.
• Hold operators accountable for financial results, service excellence, innovation and talent quality.
• Oversee commercial and capital priorities, including budgets, forecasts, revenue strategy, CapEx planning, investment cases, agreements, openings, repositionings and new developments.
• Build and lead a high‑performing hospitality asset management team with strong financial, operational and strategic expertise.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, including hotels, resorts, residences or mixed‑use environments.
• Executive experience in asset management, ownership representation, operations, development, commercial strategy and major contract negotiation.
• Proven track record with internationally branded luxury operators (e.g., Four Seasons, Ritz‑Carlton, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG).
• Experience with openings, repositionings, renovations, CapEx projects and operator transitions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, elevate guest experience and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Preferably experienced in Caribbean or island luxury destinations, especially Cayman Islands or Anguilla.
