Bartender / Server at Resort Bar

About the role

The Bartender is the face of our resort bars, delivering warm welcomes and farewells while ensuring guests receive exceptional service. This position combines bar service, table setting, and guest interaction to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guests at the bar, serve drinks and food, and manage cash and credit card transactions.
• Clear and set tables, stock and clean the bar, and coordinate guest requests.
• Communicate room charges to the Front Desk and assist with occasional duties at the sister resort in Cayman Brac.

• Work effectively as a team‑player, attentive and efficient in a fast‑paced resort environment.
