Reservations Agent & Property Coordinator

About the role

The Reservations Agent & Property Coordinator will manage reservations, support guests and residents, administer residential leases and coordinate storage bookings and billing for Governors Village and Seven Mile Storage in Grand Cayman.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations from booking to departure using WebRezPro, Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, maintaining accurate availability and rates.
• Coordinate guest communications, digital and in‑person check‑ins, smart‑lock access, and resolve or escalate concerns.
• Prepare and administer residential tenancy agreements, security deposits, rent schedules and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Handle Seven Mile Storage bookings, rental agreements, billing, payments and provide desk cover.
• Prepare customer billing, reconcile payments, support tourism tax reporting and produce occupancy and revenue reports.

Required profile

• At least five years full‑time experience in hospitality or residential property management, including three years in reservations or front office.
• Experience with a property portfolio of 100+ units and handling high booking volumes.
• Completed secondary education and a recognised qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and a recent Police Clearance Certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WebRezPro and OTA channel managers.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) and solid use of Outlook and Word.
• Hands‑on experience with property management systems and smart‑lock access systems.
