Senior Manager – Private Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Private Client division, ensuring a professional and comprehensive administration service for existing and prospective clients while aligning with the Group Board’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Private Client team, guaranteeing high‑quality service to clients and intermediaries.
• Develop and align the division’s strategy, resources and procedures with overall Group KPIs and annual business plan.
• Manage administration, timely billing, fee collection, debtor management and income reporting for the client portfolio.
• Ensure corporate governance standards, compliance with legal, tax and statutory requirements, and adherence to AML and risk policies.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, respond to enquiries, price proposals and promote Group services.
• Attend client meetings, both on‑site and off‑site, to maintain and grow relationships.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
• Monitor and review complex client structures, reporting unusual transactions and managing risk exposure.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a private client or wealth‑management team.
• Strong analytical ability to translate performance data into strategic planning.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory, tax and AML requirements relevant to private client services.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Leadership skills to motivate, train and assess staff performance.
