Senior Corporate Associate (5-8 PQE) – Cayman

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Grand Cayman, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and fintech/digital assets transactions. The role offers the chance to manage deals from inception to completion under the guidance of experienced partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle fintech and digital assets deals, providing legal advice throughout the process.
• Collaborate with partners and other practice areas to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a major law firm.
• Admission to practice law in the Cayman Islands or eligibility for admission.
• Strong academic background.

Required skills

• Experience in corporate law, M&A, and fintech/digital assets transactions.
