Senior Associate – Corporate Law (Cayman Islands)

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. You will work closely with an experienced corporate partner on international funds, corporate, and financing transactions, contributing to a collaborative and balanced work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the corporate partner on international fund structures and financing deals.
• Draft and review corporate, fund, and finance transaction documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients on corporate and financing matters.
• Support business development initiatives and maintain high client service standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years post‑qualification experience practising in the Cayman Islands.
• Demonstrated experience advising on corporate, funds and/or finance transactions.
• Strong academic record.
• Proven record of high‑standard client care and business development.
