Compliance Manager – Regulatory & Risk Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our international professional services firm in the Cayman Islands. The role will support regulatory compliance, governance, risk management and business advisory initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery and maintenance of the organization’s compliance and risk management framework.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory, governance, and risk‑related matters.
• Assist with policy development, monitoring activities, and compliance reviews.
• Support regulatory reporting, due diligence processes, and related projects.
• Prepare reports and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to training, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in risk, compliance, and governance projects as required.
• Identify and escalate emerging risks and compliance concerns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, governance, regulatory advisory, internal audit, assurance, consulting or investigations.
• Experience within a regulated professional services, financial services, corporate services or related environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant professional qualifications and/or a university degree.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
• Exposure to multi‑jurisdictional or international business environments is beneficial.
