Account Manager

About the role

AirVu is looking for an Account Manager who will be the primary voice between our clients and our internal teams. You will own the client relationship, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure the client stays, trusts, and grows with us.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all client conversations, including weekly calls, agenda setting, note‑taking and recap delivery.
• Manage scope, budgets, renewals and change requests across your portfolio.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., SEO add‑ons, video retainers).
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and maintain budget ownership.
• Collaborate with Strategists on insights and ensure goals are measurable and realistic.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in an agency or comparable service business.
• Comfortable delivering difficult messages early, with clear recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen without compromising relationships.
• Excellent written communication; can produce briefs and recaps quickly and unambiguously.
• Enjoys focusing on relationship and strategy rather than hands‑on delivery.
