Quality Manager – Luxury Hotel Project in Cayman Islands

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance efforts for a large‑scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will implement, monitor, and continuously improve the project's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and enhance the project QMS, including procedures, plans, and control processes.
• Oversee inspections, testing activities, hold points, and ensure traceability of all quality actions.
• Manage non‑conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and support subcontractors in meeting quality requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, track quality performance indicators, and report findings to senior management.
• Ensure document compliance, support handover and acceptance phases, and optimize the use of Procore throughout the project.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within the construction industry.
• Experience on hospitality, high‑end residential or luxury developments is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to implement and manage a construction site QMS.
• Strong understanding of inspections, quality control processes and document management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Procore construction management platform.
