Site Foreman / Site Superintendent – Grand Cayman

About the role

Remian Group is seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations on high‑end residential construction projects in Grand Cayman. This hands‑on site leadership role involves managing subcontractors, maintaining quality, driving schedule, solving problems quickly, and representing Remian professionally with clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, labor, deliveries, and inspections.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and maintain short‑term look‑ahead schedules.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Monitor quality, safety, housekeeping, and workmanship.
• Identify issues early and bring forward practical solutions.
• Track manpower, progress, delays, and critical activities.
• Provide clear daily reporting and site documentation.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, and performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of construction field experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar site leadership role.
• Luxury residential, hospitality, resort, or high‑end construction experience preferred.
• Strong ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• Organized, proactive, urgent, and solutions‑oriented.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Cayman Islands or Caribbean construction experience is a plus.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Grand Cayman.
