Planner – Luxury Hotel & Residential Project (Cayman Islands)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planner to join the construction team of a large‑scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will own the project schedule, anticipate risks and ensure all stakeholders meet contractual deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and manage the master construction schedule using Primavera P6.
• Define construction sequences, critical paths and coordinate with construction, methods and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor on‑site progress, analyse variances against the baseline and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Management Team and the client.
• Participate in coordination meetings and challenge stakeholders on schedule commitments.
• Assess schedule impacts from design changes, variations or site constraints.
• Contribute to optimisation of execution strategies and trade interfaces.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of key milestones and contractual deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience planning complex construction projects.
• Experience on international hospitality, high‑end residential or luxury developments is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
