Audit Senior – Cayman Islands (2026/2027)

About the role

As an Audit Senior you will design and deliver audit solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily within the financial services sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring reliable financial information for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute high‑quality audit engagements from start to finish, addressing complex accounting matters and identifying business and financial risk.
• Leverage audit tools and emerging technologies to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and mentor junior audit team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability initiatives and community events aligned with Deloitte’s Shared Values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) or on track to complete it by December 2026.
• 2–3 years of audit experience in a public‑practice firm with knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Preferred: experience at a Big 4 firm, exposure to the investment‑management industry, and familiarity with cloud‑based audit software.
