Temporary Recruiter (2–3 month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a small team of two in George Town on a temporary basis. The initial contract runs for 2–3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for high‑volume hiring needs.
• Work independently to manage recruitment activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain a smooth process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, either as a sole recruiter or within an HR role.
• Ability to manage the recruitment process end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Organised, proactive and able to work at a fast pace.
• Available to start within one week’s notice.
