About the role

This entry‑level apprenticeship is designed for individuals eager to start a career in supply chain management and logistics. You will receive full training and support while assisting with daily procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Support inventory checks, stock management and record keeping.
• Help coordinate deliveries, track shipments and resolve minor discrepancies.
• Respond to basic inquiries from internal departments or suppliers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior supply chain or procurement staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Genuine interest in supply chain and logistics with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to follow written and oral instructions.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (email, Excel).
• Use of supply chain management software and databases.
