About the role
We are seeking a Specialist – Business Partner Services to ensure smooth HR operations and support both people and strategy across the organization. You will be at the centre of the employee lifecycle, delivering accurate HR processes and partnering with People & Culture Business Partners and other teams to implement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate HR activities across Business Partners, business units and P&C functional teams.
- Track HR actions and deliverables to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Review P&C submissions for policy compliance, accuracy and risk.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operations and efficiency.
- Serve as first point of contact and trusted advisor for routine employee queries, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
- Manage off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews and checklists.
- Support onboarding, performance management, transfers, promotions, immigration documentation and other lifecycle processes.
- Prepare HR documentation and reports for leadership and business use.
Required profile
- Associate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or an internationally recognised HR certificate (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR generalist.
- At least 1 year supervisory experience within HR (preferred).
- Experience with automation and workflow technology.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and Cayman Islands employment laws.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
