About the role

We are partnering with a leading offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands to recruit a Senior Associate for its Regulatory team. You will advise a diverse client base—including investment funds, financial institutions and administrators—on Cayman regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice to clients across the financial services sector.
• Prepare fee proposals and manage billing efficiently.
• Maintain accurate time records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop regulatory strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a regulatory legal environment.
• Proven experience advising regulated entities.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical excellence in legal research and documentation.
