Senior OTC Derivatives Trader

About the role

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Senior OTC Derivatives Trader to lead the development and execution of digital‑asset derivatives strategies. You will leverage deep experience in both traditional and crypto sell‑side environments to build a best‑in‑class trading platform and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive trading strategies for options, forwards and structured products across digital and traditional asset classes.
• Adapt proven traditional‑market approaches to the evolving digital‑asset landscape while aligning with Anchorage’s long‑term objectives.
• Generate P&L growth while enforcing disciplined risk‑management practices.
• Expand and lead the OTC derivatives franchise, including building trading infrastructure, developing quantitative models, and establishing robust operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize execution, pricing, and client service.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in derivatives trading on traditional and crypto sell‑side desks.
• Strong understanding of market structure, pricing, and risk management for OTC products.
• Residency in the Western Hemisphere outside the United States and Canada (e.g., Cayman Islands, Brazil).
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering results.
