Senior Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to support the full investment operations lifecycle, including trade processing, settlements, cash and collateral management, reconciliations, reporting and operational control activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process security transactions, settlements, cash movements and reconciliations, and prepare operational reports and dashboards.
• Maintain investment records, pricing data, corporate actions and security master data, and investigate and resolve operational exceptions.
• Manage collateral movements, monitor exposures and support ISDA/CSA collateral management.
• Contribute to system and reporting enhancements, testing, data‑quality initiatives, automation and process improvements.
• Support monitoring, reporting and processing of sanctioned, restricted and prohibited securities in line with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field; professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment operations, middle office, fund administration, banking or asset management.
• Demonstrated experience across trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, collateral management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, VBA, SQL and Python (or similar data tools).
• Experience with investment systems and data manipulation/analysis.
