Manager Private Banking

About the role

Join RBC Caribbean’s Private Banking team as a Manager Private Banking, providing trusted advisory services to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the Caribbean. You will deliver the Black Card Experience, steward complex relationships and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Black Card client experiences, proactively identifying needs and offering tailored RBC solutions.
• Lead the Client Relationship Team to resolve concerns, ensure onboarding, maintain up‑to‑date KYC information and provide first‑point‑of‑contact support.
• Support business development through client contact plans, annual reviews, and positioning new banking solutions.
• Champion digital education, guiding clients on digital banking channels, mobile capabilities, fraud mitigation and financial literacy.
• Collaborate with the CRT to manage operational risk, ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of banking experience, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline and relevant professional certifications.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services for affluent clientele.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑jurisdictional client relationships.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
