Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

The Investment Operations Analyst will support the full investment operations lifecycle, handling trade processing, settlements, cash and collateral management, reconciliations, reporting and operational controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor security transactions, settlements, cash movements and reconciliations.
• Prepare and distribute trade, cash and operational instructions to custodians, brokers, banks and counterparties.
• Maintain accurate investment records, pricing data, corporate actions and security master data.
• Produce reports, dashboards and portfolio performance analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Support collateral movements, monitor exposures and manage ISDA/CSA agreements.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, data‑quality initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field (or in progress).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment operations, middle office, fund administration or similar.
• Experience with trade processing, settlements, reconciliations or collateral management.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service, integrity and confidentiality.

• Experience with investment systems (desirable)
