Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Immigration

About the role

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Immigration will join the People & Culture team to drive efficient recruitment processes and manage immigration compliance. You will act as a central point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from application through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities: post jobs, screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and inquiry management.
• Coordinate onboarding and initiatives that improve hiring timelines.
• Assist with immigration processes, including work permit approvals and liaison with government agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records, HRIS data, and immigration documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track metrics, and act as a TA HRIS super‑user providing training and system support.
• Support continuous improvement, maintain SOPs, and provide general administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, a globally recognised HR qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment and immigration exposure.
• Proven experience screening CVs, shortlisting, and interviewing across professional levels.
• Strong organisational, communication, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities with strict confidentiality.
