Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage leads, support the Install and Service departments, and ensure smooth communication between Comfort Consultants and customers. The role focuses on converting leads into booked assessments, tracking installations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and convert all sales leads into booked assessments for Comfort Consultants.
• Maintain and coordinate Comfort Consultants’ calendars and schedules.
• Record and track installation leads, including job costs, in the operations manager spreadsheet.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing, equipment ordering, and payment follow‑up.
• Support the installation department with after‑sales appreciation packages and referral generation.
• Follow up on cold leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports (PACE, Call Center, Sales, etc.) as needed.
• Manage account receivables and condo account relationships, including quarterly maintenance visits and reporting.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and ongoing training activities.

Required profile

• Competitive individual contributor who also works well in a team.
• Basic Excel proficiency required; advanced skills preferred.
• Experience or interest in sales and sales management is a plus.
