About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this position you will guide customers toward the best heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning solutions while meeting aggressive revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services.
• Develop and nurture key client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals that can be seamlessly handed off to the installation team.
• Educate prospects on product features, pricing, and company benefits to generate excitement for Polar Bear Air Conditioning.
• Monitor market trends, set ambitious sales plans, and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales with strong financial acumen.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and public‑speaking abilities.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Apps.
• Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales applications.

• Base salary $44,000 – $56,000 USD plus a 5% commission.
