Public Area Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all public spaces of our luxury resort. You will help ensure every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, pool decks, and other public areas.
• Maintain public restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure proper signage.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Interact courteously with guests, responding to requests and providing information when needed.

Required profile

• Caymanian citizens or Status/RERC/PR holders.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Reliability, flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating standard cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper dilution, and safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
