Professional Support Lawyer – Regulatory

About the role

Join a global Professional Support team within a leading offshore law firm, providing specialist support to the Cayman Islands Regulatory practice. You will work closely with partners and lawyers across the firm’s international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain legal precedents, guides and practice notes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare updates and briefings.
• Coordinate training programmes and produce thought‑leadership and client‑focused content.
• Support knowledge‑management systems and legal innovation projects.
• Facilitate effective knowledge sharing across the global Regulatory practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in regulatory law.
• Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) experience desirable but not essential.
• Technically excellent with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
