About the role

The Multimedia Specialist will create high‑quality visual content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns. This hands‑on position is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working on‑location, experimenting with new ideas, and bringing concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Capture professional photography and video footage for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Produce engaging short‑form and long‑form video content in both vertical and horizontal formats.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting gear, and drones to generate varied visual assets.
• Edit and prepare photos and videos for use across social media, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand briefs, contribute creative ideas, and meet deadlines.
• Organise and maintain media files and equipment to a high professional standard.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing professional photography and videography.
• Deep knowledge of composition, lighting, camera settings, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media and digital platforms.
• Confidence using professional camera gear and operating a drone.
• Own professional photography/videography equipment and drone.
• Reliable vehicle and valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and work on‑site.
• Candidate must be a qualified Caymanian.
