Medical Receptionist

About the role

A new and growing healthcare clinic in Grand Cayman is seeking an experienced, friendly and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join its expanding team. This full‑time position combines front‑desk reception, patient coordination, billing, invoicing and general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, handle calls, emails and enquiries, and manage appointment bookings.
• Prepare and process patient invoices, assist with payment processing and maintain accurate billing records.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the nursing team, maintain patient records and support inventory tracking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration.
• Strong billing and invoicing experience, including handling payments and financial records.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and administrative systems.

What we offer

• Salary: CI$42,000 per annum.
