Licensed Massage Therapist

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman is seeking a full‑time Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver premium therapeutic and relaxation massages that reflect the brand’s luxury standards. You will work on‑site, interacting directly with guests to provide personalized spa experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, recommend appropriate treatments, and deliver customized massages.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules and accurately document each service.
• Collaborate with spa and wellness team members to promote spa offerings.
• Ensure a welcoming, respectful environment for all guests.

Required profile

• Active Massage Therapist License in the USA, Canada, UK, Jamaica, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia (eligible for Cayman Islands registration).
• Strong customer‑service focus with professional communication.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
