Client Relationship Officer

About the role

CSC is looking for a motivated Client Relationship Officer to join its Capital Markets team in Camana Bay. The role involves managing a portfolio of companies and partnerships from formation through closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a busy portfolio of companies and partnerships, handling correspondence with intermediaries, clients, regulators and service providers.
• Interpret board and shareholder resolutions, update statutory registers, and prepare filings for government agencies.
• Maintain database integrity using ViewPoint, Salesforce, KYCP, COWT and Laserfiche.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, prioritize client requests with a 24‑hour response target, and liaise with the Registrar of Companies, CIMA and legal counsel.
• Support revenue growth by recording time accurately and identifying cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, including FATCA and CRS compliance, and monitor receivables.
• Collect KYC information and assist the Compliance department with due‑diligence.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and provide coverage for team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years experience in legal, trust or company administration.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and relevant local regulations.
