Bellman – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at and departing from the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. In this guest‑facing position you will deliver warm, professional and personalized service, creating a lasting first and last impression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the main entrance and provide a courteous welcome.
• Assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from guest rooms.
• Provide accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with concierge, front desk and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain the entrance area in a clean, organized and presentable condition.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑service environment.
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
