AI Governance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI Governance Specialist to help our blockchain and AI clients design and implement governance frameworks that enable safe, transparent, and responsible AI deployment across their products and decentralized ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI governance frameworks for blockchain foundations and AI‑native organizations.
• Develop policies covering AI accountability, transparency, human oversight, and risk management.
• Advise clients on responsible AI implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Research emerging global AI regulations and translate them into practical operational guidance.
• Build governance documentation, decision‑making frameworks, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, treasury, and operations teams to embed AI governance into broader strategy.
• Contribute thought leadership through articles, research, and industry presentations.
• Support clients preparing for token launches where AI plays a core role.

Required profile

• Experience in AI governance, AI policy, responsible AI, AI risk, or AI ethics.
• Strong understanding of large language models and modern AI systems.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, or similar standards.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory topics for founders and executives.
• Comfortable managing multiple client engagements in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Self‑directed with strong ownership and attention to detail.
