Valuation & Modeling Manager – Consulting

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to lead valuation and financial modeling engagements for clients in the Cayman Islands. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, delivering high‑quality valuation analyses and bespoke financial models that support strategic decisions and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engagement teams and client portfolios across business and asset valuations, complex financial models, transaction support, and dispute‑related valuations.
• Advise clients on valuation methodologies, model design, key assumptions, sensitivities, and scenario analysis.
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders, legal advisors, corporate service providers, and other professionals locally and internationally.
• Develop and coach team members, ensuring high standards of technical robustness and client‑focused insights.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Significant experience in valuation, financial modeling, and consulting engagements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex analytical work.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
