Turnaround & Restructuring Manager – Consulting

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to lead turnaround and restructuring engagements in the Cayman Islands. You will work with a portfolio of clients facing corporate recovery, insolvency, and operational challenges, delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic island environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engagement teams and oversee client portfolios covering corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy and operational turnaround plans.
• Advise clients on cash‑flow stabilization, debt restructuring, formal liquidation and recovery proceedings.
• Liaise with senior client stakeholders, legal advisors, corporate service providers and other professionals locally and abroad.
• Develop and coach team members, ensuring high‑quality delivery and integrity.
• Participate in business development, proposals, client presentations and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Professional designation such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM or LLB, with any relevant post‑graduate law qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in turnaround & restructuring, audit or related advisory services, including insolvency, voluntary liquidation, asset recovery and multi‑jurisdictional restructuring support.
