Senior HR Manager – Compensation, Benefits & Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment functions for a growing institution in the Cayman Islands. You will join a small, dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive performance management processes and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Provide expert advice to managers on HR matters, including employee relations and compliance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and people‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently within a small team.
