About the role
The Senior Administrator will provide administrative support to the Fiduciary Services Team, managing day‑to‑day administration of corporate structures, finance vehicles and investment funds. This role requires strong knowledge of Cayman corporate administration, regulatory compliance and client service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client due‑diligence and onboarding, including KYC, account opening documentation and ongoing compliance.
- Maintain accurate client and entity records in ViewPoint, CORIS and other internal systems.
- Process Cayman transaction deliverables, verify documents, obtain electronic signatures and arrange stamp‑duty payments.
- Prepare and coordinate annual and event‑driven filings with the Cayman Islands General Registry via the Corporate Administration Portal.
- Coordinate tax, regulatory and entity classification filings, including Forms W‑8BEN‑E, W‑8IMY, SS‑4 and Form 8832 elections.
- Monitor contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations, tracking deliverables and liaising with directors and service providers.
- Handle requests through centralised inboxes, ensuring timely action and service standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring administrators on CORIS, CAP and fiduciary procedures.
Required profile
- Associate or undergraduate degree (advantageous).
- Minimum five years’ experience in corporate administration within a reputable law firm or regulated fiduciary services provider.
- Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with strong attention to detail and accountability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CORIS and CAP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with corporate administration databases, preferably ViewPoint or Quantios Core.

- Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience, US$85,000–US$110,000 per annum plus benefits.
