Insolvency/Restructuring Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Insolvency/Restructuring Associate to join a leading professional services firm in the Cayman Islands. This position offers the chance to work within a young, dynamic team handling a variety of insolvency matters while developing expertise in a specialized field.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insolvency assignments, ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.
• Maintain detailed case diaries and prepare reports for courts, creditors, and investors.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress and financial updates.
• Prepare and oversee liquidation processes.

Required profile

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA) is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in insolvency or restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
