Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

This hands‑on operational leadership position is based at a large 5‑star resort in the Caribbean. You will be a visible leader on the floor, balancing guest experience, team development and commercial performance across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of restaurants, bars and other F&B outlets.
• Support and develop a large, diverse team to maintain high service standards.
• Drive commercial performance and ensure consistency in luxury service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large teams.
• Experience managing high‑volume, multi‑outlet operations.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and commercial metrics.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.
