Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our high‑performing leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the accounting function, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls and reporting processes.
• Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth.
• Mentor and develop finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and delivering accurate financial reporting.

What we offer

• Base salary between US$130,000 and US$150,000 per year.
