Finance Systems Analyst

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join its Cayman Islands team. You will provide third‑line operational support and contribute to the ongoing development of global financial application systems and their interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Systems team to define and estimate user stories and tasks.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions while adhering to secure coding and configuration standards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for assigned modules, applications, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing and follow CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Identify system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Monitor and respond to third‑line support requests, meeting service KPIs.
• Document solutions to reduce escalations and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Work with Product Operations to resolve escalated tickets.
• Continuously develop personal technical knowledge and assist with ad‑hoc projects.
